Why I started this directory
I'm Curt Simmons, a broker with Prime Listings Group at Keller Williams North Sound. I've helped Snohomish County residents buy and sell homes since 2003, and along the way I've come to know the local businesses that keep our homes and neighborhoods running.
I created this directory for a simple reason. Local business owners deserve a chance to share what they do, and homeowners and residents deserve an easy way to discover local services. Whether you need a trusted plumber, a good painter, a landscaper, or a neighborhood restaurant, this is a good place to start looking close to home.
It's free to browse and free for businesses to submit. Every listing is reviewed by me before it appears, so you can trust that what you see was checked by a real person, not auto-published.

When a business is approved, its listing can include the details below. Only what the owner authorized for publication is shown.

This directory never assigns star ratings, quality scores, endorsements, or unverified qualifications. A listing simply tells you who a business is, what it does, and how to reach it.

No hidden placements
There are no undisclosed paid placements or endorsements in the directory. No fake reviews and no unverified testimonials are ever published, and no reciprocal referral compensation arrangements are made.
Accuracy and removal
Curt may remove inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate listings. Business owners may request corrections or removal at any time.

He has helped buyers and sellers in the county since 2003, and he created this directory to support local businesses and give county residents a useful resource for finding trusted local services.
